PET Technologies will be among the exhibitors at Drinktec 2025, the global trade fair dedicated to the beverage and liquid food industry, taking place from September 15 to 19, 2025, at Messe München, Germany.

The event brings together professionals from across the sector to explore the latest advancements in technology and production. PET Technologies will use the platform to present its newest developments in PET bottle blow molding, with a focus on automation, energy efficiency, and modular design.

Focus on Blow Molding Technology

At the core of PET Technologies’ offering is its latest-generation blow molding machine, designed to meet increasing industry demands for speed, precision, and sustainability.

Key technical features include:

  • A near-infrared (NIR) heating system combined with ceramic reflectors, aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing heating time.

  • A two-stage air recovery system, contributing to reduced resource consumption during production.

  • Full automation and user-friendly operation via the APF-Max series, equipped with B&R (Austria) PLC controls, multi-language support, and centralized lubrication for easier maintenance.

  • An all-electric setup using servo drives to ensure consistent performance and precision across high-speed cycles.

The APF-Max series is available in multiple cavity configurations—2, 3, 4, 6, and 8—supporting outputs ranging from 3,500 to 14,000 bottles per hour.

Mold Production and Customization

In addition to machinery, PET Technologies will also highlight its mold manufacturing capabilities. Molds are produced using 4- and 5-axis CNC machines, offering a high level of customization to match specific bottle designs and branding needs.

An anodization process is used to enhance mold durability, providing resistance to wear and corrosion—an important factor for companies running intensive production cycles.

What to Expect at the Booth

Visitors to the PET Technologies stand can expect:

  • Live demonstrations of the blow molding machine in operation.

  • Insights into mold design and customization processes.

  • Consultations with technical specialists to discuss production challenges and future projects.

Location: Booth C6-461
