The World Pasta Day 2026 will be held for the first time within Cibus Tec, scheduled in Parma from 27 to 30 October. The event dedicated to the pasta supply chain will take place on 27 and 28 October in Hall 2, confirming the role of the exhibition as a platform for discussion on technological innovation in the food industry.
Promoted by Unione Italiana Food and the International Pasta Organization, World Pasta Day will bring together producers, technology suppliers, associations, institutions, retailers and specialized media from around the world. The two-day event will focus on the evolution of the sector, the competitiveness of the supply chain and the development prospects of one of the most representative products of Italian food culture.
